1. General Non-Refundable Policy
As a general rule, the course fee paid to RYLIN LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED is non-refundable. Recognising that learners new to online education may have reservations about the value of such programs, we offer a money-back guarantee on eligible programs under the specific conditions described below.
2. Money-Back Guarantee Conditions
If you enrol in an eligible RYLIN LEARNING program and do not find value after 10 days of active participation, you may request a refund between the 10th and 15th day from the official start date of your course. The refund will exclude any processing fees, subvention charges, GST, and other costs incurred by us, provided the following conditions are met:
- Attendance: You must attend all live online classes in their entirety during the first 10 days. Partial attendance or watching recorded sessions does not qualify.
- Assignments: All assignments issued within the first 10 days must be submitted on time and according to the submission requirements. Assignments given within the 10-day period but due later must also be submitted.
These conditions are designed to ensure that only learners who fully engage with the course can claim a refund. If you participate fully and do not find the program beneficial, we will honour a refund request made within the specified window.
3. Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Info@rylinlearning.com between the 10th and 15th day from the official start date of your course.
- No requests will be entertained before the 10th day or after the 15th day.
- Requests will only be considered if you have attended all classes and submitted all assignments as specified.
- Refunds may take up to 60 days to process, although we aim to complete them within 14 days of a valid request.
- The refund amount will equal the course fees paid at the time of enrolment, excluding GST and the registration fee.
- If the course was offered at a subsidised or discounted rate, no refund will be issued.
- If the course fee was paid in instalments, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Eligibility and Deductions
Approved refunds will be processed only for the remaining balance after deducting the following non-refundable charges:
- GST Charges – As per government regulations, GST once paid is non-refundable.
- Platform / Processing Charges – Payment gateway and administrative costs incurred during enrolment.
- Subvention Charges – For EMI-based payments, subvention or interest charges paid to financial partners are non-refundable.
- LMS Access Charges – Once LMS credentials are shared, associated access and licensing costs will be deducted.
- Academic Charges – Since learners receive full access to study material, including notes, self-paced videos, recorded sessions, projects, and assignments from day one, academic resource usage will also be deducted.
Please note: Refunds will be calculated only on the remaining amount after these deductions and processed within the timelines described above.
5. Additional Terms

- RYLIN LEARNING reserves the right to refuse future enrolments to individuals who have previously received a refund.

6. Clarifications
How is my attendance logged for the purpose of this policy?
Attendance is logged only for live classes. Please log in using your first and last name as registered, so we can accurately record your attendance. If you attend a class under an incognito or incorrect name, we will not be able to log your attendance.
What should I do if I face technical issues?
If a technical issue prevents you from fulfilling a condition of this policy, we may grant an exception provided you can prove that you raised a complaint to Info@rylinlearning.com with the relevant screenshots and timestamps of the error.
I paid a booking fee but changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Booking fees are non-refundable. The only exception is if you complete enrolment by paying the full course fee and then raise a refund request in compliance with this policy.
When does the 10-day period begin?
The 10-day period starts from the date of the first concept session of your batch. Attendance is mandatory for onboarding and feedback sessions. All assignments allocated within the first 10 days must be submitted on time, even if their due date falls after the 10-day period. For example, if an assignment is given on day 8 and is due on day 12, it must still be submitted.
Can I raise a refund request after attending just one or two classes?
No. Premature refund requests will not be entertained. You must continue to participate in the course and meet all the requirements of this policy. All requests must be raised between the 10th and 15th day.
